01 Identify the offer, then its conditions
Keep the offer's name beside the official announcement or product page that described it. A time-limited DLC offer is not the same as an ownership reward, and neither is the same as a code supplied with merchandise. Compare the condition you actually met with that exact offer. Do not assume every reward is granted merely by launching the new game.
02 Check the account and visible entitlement
Confirm that the account you are using is the one associated with the qualifying purchase, previous play or claimed offer. Review the relevant Steam library, DLC or inventory view and note what is visible. Describe that observation precisely: ‘DLC shown in library’ and ‘cosmetic visible in game’ are separate checks. A screenshot of one does not prove the other.
03 Protect the code while asking for help
If your case involves a merchandise code, keep the full code and purchase receipt private. Use the seller or developer's stated support channel and share only the details they request there. A public screenshot should conceal the redeemable code. This site does not validate codes and has no reason to ask you to enter one.
04 Report the missing stage
Write down the reward name, the eligibility condition you believe you met, the date and the view where the reward is absent. Include whether you restarted after the claim or grant. Ask about that specific entitlement rather than buying a second copy to test an assumption. Check the current offer page before relying on an old launch-window description.
